It’s farewell to our fab-ewe-lous flock!

Our Shaun on the Tyne Flock had a baa-rilliant summer of fun across Newcastle and have now found their forever homes.

After an exciting Grand Finale Auction, our big sheep have been bought by companies and individuals, and the little flock have been returned to the schools and youth groups who designed and painted them. The auction raised a massive £195,400 on the night and we are delighted to announce that the trail has raised in total, £310,000 for St Oswald’s Hospice! Read more about this exciting announcement here.

We would like to thank our trail partners and the wonderful artists who helped make Shaun on the Tyne the success it was, and to everyone who got involved and became an honorary member of our flock – thank ewe so much!

Please follow St Oswald’s Hospice on Facebook, Instagram and X (Twitter) to see how your support of the trail will make a difference or sign up to receive our newsletter here.

Your donations make a difference

Did you know that it costs over £12 million every year to keep St Oswald’s Hospice’s doors open, and services free for all who need them?

Around two thirds of this must be raised through charitable giving. As a local charity rooted in the North East, St Oswald’s Hospice relies on the generosity of local businesses, individuals, groups and companies to enable us to care for local people and their families, when they need it most.

Your donations, no matter how big or small will make a huge difference to the patients and families we care for.
