Our sculpture was inspired by…The school’s curriculum drivers of christianity & faith, local area, wider world & diversity, outdoor learning & growing.

He’s named ‘Terra’ after the Roman Goddess of the Earth. The children strive to reduce waste and are environmentally and sustainably aware. The world on Terra’s head emphasises our responsibilities. The Angel of the North, our Christianity and region. Sycamore Gap and Hadrian’s Wall, our links to Roman Northumberland, the tree represents strength and strong roots.
