Why not use your time on the trail to make a difference by asking friends and family to sponsor you to complete it!
By pledging to become a ‘Trail Champion’ you’ll take on the challenge of finding all 115 big and little Shauns located across Newcastle. You can download a sponsor form, grab your map or app and get started. You could ask people to sponsor you a set amount to complete the trail or an amount per Shaun you find. Setting a fundraising target will give you focus and once you find that final sheep, you’ll know that you’ve done something baa-rilliant for families in the region, as a difficult time.

To say thank you for your support by fundraising for St Oswald’s Hospice, anyone who raises money will receive a Trail Champion certificate and medal. If you manage to raise £100 or more, you’ll also get a family ticket for up to 4 people (including up to 2 adults) for the Shaun on the Tyne Farewell Weekend on Saturday 7th and Sunday 8th October 2023 at Newcastle Civic Centre.

Did you know that it costs over £12 million every year to keep St Oswald’s Hospice’s doors open, and services free for all who need them?
Around two thirds of this must be raised through charitable giving. As a local charity rooted in the North East, St Oswald’s Hospice relies on the generosity of local businesses, individuals, groups and companies to enable us to care for local people and their families, when they need it most.
